Great tool.
Bought to use diving in Indonesia and worked great to help keep me off the coral and as a tank banger. Added a clip to keep it on my gear while jumping in and out of the water.

The Perfect Scuba Diving Tour Pointer
I use this when I lead scuba tours to point out interesting plants, features and creatures to divers. It's the perfects size, sturdy, easy to use, is highly visible underwater and it's obvious what you're pointing at.

Great Stick as Advertised
Great product as advertised. Nice finish and smooth also. Hoping to use it diving to help me pause in the drift. Don’t want to touch the coral with my hands!! This is a great tool.

Good Pointer
This is a very strong pointer. Interestingly, it has 1 inch lines on the end, but also has centimeter markings.

Likely not titanium and scales are wrong
Too heavy to be titanium. It does say alloy, but clearly it is not mostly titanium. Second, the printed scale is completely off. Centimeters are way too short. The three groves are close to an inch, but they are also about 1/16th short. I'll keep it, but I honestly bought it and not steel to keep down the weight. If I knew what I know now, I would have bought aluminum.

Solid Ti but heaverier than AL, CM markings not accurate
This is a solid titanium pointing rod. When compared to an identical length AL pointer this one is much heavier. I compared this one to an AL one I had and the weights were 91g vs 67g (this includes the lanyard & clips. This extra weight doesn't matter much underwater but would for hiking. The rod is marked in cm from 1 to 12 cm. However, if you are really wanting these markings you will be disappointed as the markings are not even accurate, 1 cm marked is actually only 7 mm. the markings are also dark gray so very difficult to see.I ordered the blue titanium rod which is shown as coming with a blue lanyard string tube but mine came with a yellow tube.I wanted this for snorkeling but also hiking to point & poke at things I don't want to touch.

My favorite muck stick
I love muck diving and I like to carry a muck stick to stabilize myself while I photograph underwater subjects. This muck stick is really nice because it's light-weight, just the right length and (most importantly) doesn't have a stupid rattler on it. I had one that had that and it drove me insane...every time I grabbed ahold of it it would rattle.

Simple
It works as intended. So far, no corrosion or discoloration after uses. Only complaint is the clip. I switched with a quick clip on instead of threaded.
