Bought for a Halloween party. Are exactly as described. Do tend to fall down throughout the night as the headband has no grips so had to keep taking it off and putting it back on. But for the price this was fine.

Poor dull quality, flimsy plastic that does not fit heads properly and digs in. One end is burned. Costs more than half the price of the item to return. Do not recommend.

Arrived like this how am I ment to wear it like this and when I do try it on it digs into my head.
