I have only tried this in my hot tea so far. I'll have to update when I make it with my sparkling water. As a hot tea absolutely amazing. I woke up a little early to get ready for work an felt a little tickle in my throat, so I decided to make this as my hot tea. I let the water get hot in the kettle not come to a full boil which is key to a good hot tea especially like this one. I put a half a teaspoon full of this syrup in a teacup (I have the Asian cup sets) so it is a small cup. I poured the water into the cup and then stirred the mixture up. The citrus aroma when you lift the cup up to take your first sip is what will invite to take note of what awaits your palate on that first taste. You will not be disappointed on that first sip nor the sips thereafter. The citrus taste is there from the start and remains to linger long after the cup is over. There are pieces of real citrus fruit rind in the jar and will be in your cup which adds to the flavor profile experience you have for each cup you enjoy. Highly recommend as a purchase. Will keep as a staple in my home.

I thought I was ordering a jar of honey, but boy was I mistaken! When it arrived it was in the form of a sack of honey-flavored shards of glass. At first I thought I should discard it, but then I thought, "hey, where is your adventurous spirit?" And I dug in.The honey was delicious, and as I chewed, the metallic flavor with the honey and tea complemented into something something truly new to me. I was surprised by the depth: both of the flavor and the cuts in my gums.Finally, after savoring the bolus, I swallowed. What followed was even more delightful! soon, my stomach began to ache in a curious way, and I ended up with a surprise trip to the hospital! I had a delightful time with the doctors and staff, and after several surgeries (absolutely unforgettable!), I was able to return home.And here I am, writing the review. I thought surely such an unusual purchase, with so many twists and surprises, needed both five starts and a glowing review.

More ingredients than reported. It has sodium carboxy methyl cellulose. I’m returning mine unopened.

I purchased this product as an addition to my tea, variety, family, and found that I use it for more than just tea. A spoonful in my cream of wheat or oatmeal spread upon my morning toast added to my pork or chicken dishes for an extra boost of flavor. Still finding uses for this savory and delicious product

I have enjoyed thus product. It reminded of the powdered ginger tea I used to drink when I have a sore throat. I love this one because of the good balance between the ginger and honey. Perfect combination of sweetness and spiciness of the ginger. And I live the the gingers are so thinly sliced I can eat them.
