Great pump solved my sprinkler problems
I bought a newer home that didn't have a yard. The previous home owners tied into the house water with 3/4" pex and that's what I ran the sprinkler system on. Little did I know, most people in our area have low water pressure issues and have to tie into the main water outside 1" and help prevent this issue. Low and behold, my sprinkler water pressure is too low to even pop up the heads of the sprinklers and after it builds enough pressure, hardly sprays at all. I was fearing the worst, having to dig up my new sod and redo my sprinklers. I bought a smaller pump that did not help at all. I bought this bad boy as a last ditch effort to avoid redoing my yard, WORKED PERFECTLY! Easy to install, quiet, and does what I was hoping it would! I have about 10 heads on my biggest sprinkler zone, and the pressure would drop to 48 PSI (super nice the pump has a gauge), adjusted the pump pressure switch to kick on at approx. 55 PSI, with the pump on it boosted my water pressure back to 70 PSI and my sprinklers gained another 2' easily distance on that line and work perfectly! The pressure switch is adjustable, there is a cover with a small and big spring. Tighten the big spring to increase the bottom pressure switch setting (set to 20 PSI from the factory), tighten the smaller spring to increase the high side of the pressure switch (set to 40 PSI from the factory) works great, super quiet (a lot quieter than the littler pump I installed that didn't work) super pleased I don't have to redo my sprinklers / sod! LIFESAVER! We will see about longevity..**UPDATE** after fussing with the mechanical pressure switch, I could not get it tuned in for my application. I’m using the higher side of the pump PSI to boost line pressure. With the low side spring adjusted tight, the pump wouldn’t shut off on the high side. Upgraded to a digital pressure switch and solved all my problems. GamaTech Pressure Switch is what I used. Had to do some wiring but easy enough and worth it! Still loving this pump.

Warranty that doesn’t exist
Buyer beware: I purchased this unit just over a year ago with confidence that I was getting a quality pump with a solid 3 year warranty. Well the pump needs a pressure control switch replacement less than a year old. The switch in the pump has plastic components that have broken because they are cheap plasticNow for any warranty service it doesn’t exist as Amazon washes their hand of it saying it was a direct from vendor sale and now they have switched vendors so new vendor has no responsibility even though they sell the exact same pump just for more moneyI had no idea when i purchased this that it would lead to this mess essentially leaving the customer to resolve any issues on their own so you actually don’t have any warranty. Total scale and should be illegal. Shame on Amazon for treating prime (or fo that matter) any customers like this

Good pump and tank, bad threads
This pump and pressure tank combo is working well on my irrigation water harvesting system. It is not rated for rain, so if it's outside the motor will need protection. The only problem I had with installation was sealing the threads on the inlet and outlet ports. I tightened threaded nipples into the ports until they distorted, but they would not seal. The threads are not tapered as true pipe threads are. They're called "merchant threads", and are not true pipe threads. To seal them properly you'll need to use a silicone caulk to fill both the male and female threads, assemble the joint, and let it sit for a day. The good part is the price - it was about a quarter of what I would have paid for US made equipment.

Shallow well pump
Works well but ordered a float switch to go along with pump

Quiet and powerful
We are using this to pump water from a creek down a steep bank up to our yard and garden. It took 200' of hoses, 150' of electrical cord on our side of the pump, and 25' PVC pipe to the creek on the other side of it. We bought a foot valve (so water doesn't run backward and unprime the pump) and an aquarium sock to put over that, (both from Amazon) then drilled small holes around a 5-gallon bucket to put the foot valve into by drilling a hole the size of the PVC, then sealed it and set the bucket upright with lid on in the creek. This provides extra screening. Unless you have a pump house, you'll also need a good tarp and bricks or stakes to secure it over the pump. It's been 3 days since it was completely hooked up and we're very pleased with the water pressure considering we're coming up a steep bank from the creek. We can now water our garden and yard with this and save our well pump from so much usage. We're very happy with this pump! We're in Wisconsin, so we'll drain the hoses and PVC, then bring the pump up this fall and put it in the basement for the winter. This was perfect for what we needed and was pretty easy to install.

Shuts off and short cycles
Great pump if you let it flow freely. It short cycles if you put on a sprinkler system and don’t use all 22 gal/min that it provides

Pump Frozen in less than 9 months, cannot find a support line at all.......
Less than 9 months and the pump is frozen. Try to find product support for this is like working your way through Pan's labryinth. There is no direct connection to get support, and you have to go through some EU business that doesn't even seem remotely related to an irrigation pump. Now I am looking for product manuals. Good luck on that too. When it worked (for 6 months) it seemed to work fine. The unit also rusts very quickly. Probably more than it should.

It's works good.
I have owned this for 2 summers. It is very durable, no issue. I do have to remove the metal cover each spring to unseaze the pump. Easy and takes minutes. Good pressure. I am running 30' from lake to pump and it gets water 50'+ away. I wish I could override the switch to higher pressure. Going down to 20lbs is too low, wish it could kick back on at 30lbs...but works and is quiet.
