recommend to anyone who enjoys Korean food! I am 100% guilty of putting it everywhere. Adds a very nice kick to your food . Pair this up with some soy sauce and chilli flakes and thank me later. However it is overpriced as its usually £3,50 in your local oriental market.

What a superb pot of chilli sauce, I add this to all Asian inspired dishes and it adds a little special something to dishes like shepherds pie, spicy chicken tray bake etc.Mix it with some soy sauce, tomato purée and coat chicken wings before sticking them on the oven.

I bought this paste for a recipe of Korean roast lamb shoulder out of the cook book - Skinny weeks & weekend feasts by Gizzi Erskine.You use the paste in the marinade and then slow roast the lamb in the oven, serve with salad in wraps or romaine lettuce leaves, hoisin sauce and hot chilli sauce, Korean BBQ food at its best.The paste is delicious and mellows with cooking, the end result is absolutely delicious, buy the book and try.

Love it. Not overly hot and a great taste. Used it so far in cooking and as a dip. Love it!
