Love this for your gut if you don’t have access to fresh papaya on a daily basis ( I don’t )Great addition to my gut regime / digestion

Do not feel this product had any effect. Would like a refund really. Other digestive enzymes far more effective in 1-2 capsules and this does nothing with 3 capsules.

I don’t like taking capsules so open them and sprinkle onto a portion of food. The powder tastes very sweet. I am a 47kg person and one or two pills daily is only partially helping with digestion of food. I will return to Bromelain in addition to these which I found worked more effectively. Still they are better than taking other enzyme products often made from yeasts and aspergillus moulds which unfortunately my body cannot tolerate.

A German health expert Kornelia C. Rebel gave a talk about papain as an effective anti-parasitic (preventative and therapeutic/treatment). These capsules were exactly what I was looking for. It's hard to tell if they've worked yet but the great thing is there are no side-effects and the price is very decent. The company that sells them looks very professional

The sell by date is fine...next year BUT...upon opening these smell like rotten fish. They make your urine smell of rotten fish as well. This can not be right? They say "better than real Papaya" but Papaya does not do that!!After 5 days not noticed any benefit so far. Going in the bin....can't be good for you!!
