Very pleased with this mirror, needed to buy heavy duty fixings, the sort you use for TV brackets, for little extra cost would of been nice if they came with it, but over all we very pleased 👍

Beautiful very good quality heavy mirror but arrived broken, Amazon offered to replace or refund, I chose replace and got the 2nd one in a worse state! Will be asking for my money back. Amazon must waste so much money replacing damaged goods through poor transport and packaging. I will go directly to the manufacture to order it on my 3rd attempt.

came with a massive crack in it so had to send back was a bit worried as a massive mirror but they collected from your address the next day no messing.had the option for replace but really didnt want to risk another damaged one but the mirror was stunning and and looked far nicer than the pictures was just a shame it was damaged especially as it was really well wrapped

A good-looking mirror that has to be handled with care. The packaging seemed to be ok as it was double boxed in good quality cardboard boxes. Unfortunately, the first one we ordered had a break on one of its edges, but as we were really wanting this large size of mirror, we decided to re-order it. This was when the Amazon returns department really helped us, because we had a replacement delivered within four working days and the damaged one uplifted with no real problems.

Greet price. Fast delivery. Even my husband liked it! Straight up on the wall in our front room. Love it 🥰

Mirror itself is beautiful however the mirror has arrived smashed down one side.
