Vegan: The Cookbook Hardcover – 1 May 2017

There is only one problem with this book. There is such a huge choice of tempting recipes from around the world that I'll have to add in decision-making time to the cooking times indicated for each recipe. There are comprehensive extensive sections for starters, salads, soups, main courses, grains and beans, pasta and noodles, and desserts, so there's pretty much something for everyone. Whether you're looking for something quick, want to linger over the cooking, or want to try something different with one of your usual ingredients, this book is an excellent resource. It's worth the full price, but if like me you get it on special offer, you'll be getting an absolute bargain.

Great book, chock full of recipes, love how they’re from all over the world and it’s says where they are from on the recipe. Good sections and great pictures to go with the recipes

Although the recipes are somewhat american based the book provides a good array of vegan food recipes. The layout of the book is good and recipes are easy to follow.

This is a useful vegan cookbook with a wide range of interesting and tasty recipes, many with an oriental flavour. I'm enjoying trying the recipes out.

Tried a few of the recipes and they came out so good! I love the fact that there are recipes inspired by different cuisines, which encourage you to try something different. Some of the ingredients seemed a bit out of place, but the final result was always delicious.The only minor problem I had was lack of clear directions in some of the steps, such as size of slices etc

Some nice things in here but massive down side is a lot of recipes ask for ingredients simply not available in most supermarkets

Trying to cut down meat on your diet is not easy task. This book provided me with so many delicious recipes that I before never thought of. And it’s really nice looking too, I have it on display on my kitchen counter top.

It was a big surprise when I received it thinking it was a reasonable size book but no its a heavy thick hard cover book ,at least I got my money worth and my friend I brought it for enjoyed it.
