Will this fit on a BMW f10?

Check Philips website and buy the normal bulb fitment for your car ie h7 but check there website incase you need an adapter and I would only use in projector headlight not reflecter

Not in the UK. When I discovered that, I returned it, and have received a full refund.

How many lumens do these bulbs give out ?

Philips specify 1500lm they are bright enough but I would only use in projector headlights if you use the in reflector will prob blind on coming drivers and check if you need adapter for your headlights on there website.
