1980’s smartwatch
Fantastic piece of 80’s retro tech, looks very stylish and certainly stands out from todays smart watches. I found the instruction booklet easy to read and had the watch set up with the time and date quite easily, the strap was a bit too large so I had to take some links out, YouTube helped with this and within a few minutes I had the strap fitting perfectly, the videos say that you need some watchmakers screwdrivers to push the pins out but I used a mobile phone SIM removal tool and that worked perfectly. I doubt if many people will use the phone number storage or currency conversion features but the stopwatch and calculator are very useful and easy to use. Build quality is not the greatest but I don’t intend to use it on a daily basis so shouldn’t be a problem, overall money well spent and I would recommend it to anyone.

Very retro looking!
Looks a lot sturdy than it actually is. Also will need to get the strap adjusted as factory supplied is very large for the average wrist. But still looks quality and good!

Looks great - nostalgic.
Quality is not the best, does feel quite light, the watch itself is plastic with a chrome finish. The strap is steel, quite thinI like the watch, it is not expensive and I guess that is apparent for the quality.. there is another one which is far more expensive, but the functions are exactly the same..DBC611G-1D Casio this comes in gold and chrome finish but its between £95 and £115 pounds.. as opposed to the one I bought which was £36. It says its water resistance to 30m but personally I would not take a shower with it.. or swim with it.

Very highly recommended!
I read a few of the reviews, good and bad, before buying this and I was amazed at the negative comments regarding this watch, which is less than £30. Of course it won't have a heavy bracelet strap and feel like it's been expertly made from titanium by Swiss experts on leave from Rolex?!! How can you complain a watch feels cheap when it IS cheap?! Seriously, some people just moan for the sake of it!If you're looking for a little bit of your youth in a retro style, for good value, then here it is. It's just like the watch we had as kids in the 70's and 80's, or if your like me, the watch you craved because your older peers had one and your analogue Micky Mouse just didn't say 'I'm a cool techno wizard'.It does exactly what it says: it tells the time, has a calculator and has the retro look of bygone times. It's worth remembering man was put on the moon with less technology than this little watch.Overall it's great value. No, it's not gonna take a beating, but for less than the price of a night out, it's well worth the money and I highly recommend it!

Throwback to the 80s
Right, time to be honest and provide a straightforward account of this product. I’ve read a pile of lies from some and they are just being unfair. It’s a simple watch. Does what it says on the tin. It’s lightweight, rather fragile, yet full of awesome features if you spend a little time investigating. You’ll be surprised. Try not to scratch it, be patient with it and remember the good old days when these watches were once the pinnacle of technology and you were the envy of all your school chums. Simple, but fun. There. Buy one.

Buttons 😁
I have the other Data Bank Casio with the flat pad on it, got this for the buttons 😁. It's a bit more bulky but looks great, easy to set up and read. More for looks than using the data bank to be honest but it gets great comments off people.
