These little wall socket lights are brilliant. I have been buying one a month and adding to my house. At 3.5W output i can now walk around my house as cheap as possible in safety. When i walk in my front door, the hallway picks me up then the kitchen picks me up and the landing. Wherever i go i can see.My kitchen is full of ceiling downlights and now i don't need to switch anything on. Of course when using rooms specifically then yes i turn on but with the cost of electric now this is a no brainer. When i leave for work i make my coffee etc and instead of having Blackpool illuminations i now have a fully functional automatic lighting function to see me out the door.Very recommended and actually ideal for families with young children. Perfect and non intrusive when little ones are getting up in the night for wee-wees.Great addition to my home and pleased. Next month will buy another one for access into the garage saving tripping up too.Thanks Amazon for this item.

Purchased for an elderly person and is superb. Very bright and still working well. Only thing that could be improved is an override to allow it to stay on permanently when occasionally need arises.

Great little light, use in Kitchen so comes on when entering, reducing the need to walk across a dark room to turn the main lights on. Effective and low power, but bright light.

Bought for my kitchen to try as always in and out and added this but thought it might be more of a gimmick, however it’s bright and powerful.Just plug it in and forget about it. As you enter the room the sensor activates and no need to flick the kitchen light on at all. Simple but brilliant!It has an internal timer so it automatically turns itself off.Could be used for walkways, sheds, walk in closets, anywhere really.Good value for money

Take note, the description is accurate - this is a super-bright light. I originally bought it for my kitchen, but it was too dazzling - so i moved it to the utility room. It's actually bright enough that i've only used the overhead light a handful of times since.
