This was well worth the investment. I love my grill and griddle combo. It's perfect!

Product came packaged better than anything I have ever seen. No damage to any parts. The best built grill I have ever owned. All the pieces were solidly built. About a 30-minute assembly time. That's from someone in their 60's. The flat top alone was probably 25lbs alone. The grill side was also sold. First grill was awesome ! Highly recommend this grill!

Honestly a rather fantastic grill/griddle combo. My wife and I have used it every night on the weekends since we got it and I have not noticed any issues with it. Instructions on assembly could use some fine tuning but other than that it was simple to put together. I saw there were ratings of it having bad heat dispersion but it would seem they have addressed that and I do not notice anything wrong with it now. It cooked our steaks on the grill perfectly then made fantastic pancakes on the griddle the following morning. I only give it 4 stars because the bottom pan came with a dent in it so now it doesn't sit flat on the cross bars. I would say it has a great value for what you pay for it. The wheels are a little hard to lock but they loosen up a little after a couple uses. There were no missing parts with the installation kit.

does not come with assembly instructions. you will have to download it and print it. once you have the assembly instructions, it goes by quickly.

Love this! Awesome for summer cook outs where I need a griddle and a grill. It does double duty every time I use it. Design is minimal has a nice shelf on the bottom with a paper towel holder and a few hooks on the side. Assembly wasn’t too difficult I assembled it solo in about 45-1 hour. Works awesome and no regrets on spending the money on this great value.

This item was simply not what I expected. It was too heavy and too much to put together in the little time I needed it for. So I refunded the item. The worst part is it took only 2 days to ship item back in September, it is now October and I still have not received my money.

I have a Big Green Egg and was looking to add a grill and/or a griddle to my cooking arsenal. I was really leaning towards a Blackstone griddle but, I came across this combo grill/griddle. Why not get the best of both worlds, grill and griddle, in a single unit. And for this price? It was an easy decision for me. I've cooked on both (grill & griddle) several times already and, about to cook tonight's dinner on it. The fact I can heat this up in no time for those "spur of the moment" decisions to grill out i awesome. This has really been a great addition to my BGE. The only bad thing I can say is, I wish it had a cover/lid for the grill side but other than that, it's great!

built very solid but I bought it hoping it was portable bec the legs fold. yeah. no. not even a little portable. you have to unscrew the the screws on the legs and the shelves. And take off everything from the top and all the trays on bottom. If not it all falls out. it would be an ok home grill but I would have gone with a regular one with a hood. oh well.
