I have purchased this product twice and I'm going to be buying another five bottles. It is a wonderful supplement to add to anyone's regimen. But be warned if you're on anything that interferes or heightens your serotonin levels this might not be good for you because it will also increase that. Now in order to dissolve it correctly you must put the methylene blue and distilled water and let it dissolve and heat up in a steam bath for at least 30 minutes that'll make sure all of the powder is homogenized and dissolved in the water. If you would like to use the methylene blue as for a face regimen add about 2 to 5 grams of vitamin C to an additional bottle with 100 to 200 mg of the methylene blue and you'll see that it will get lighter in color keep adding the vitamin C until it's almost clear then you can incorporate that into a face serum where the methylene blue will go actually on your skin which will work wonders. I've only been using MB for a short time maybe a month but I'm looking forward to the benefits, I do feel the energy uplift and very slight cognitive difference but I'm not too excited on that just yet hope it gets even better. Yes, you will more than likely have a colored tongue for a while but I have found brushing your tongue and chewing gum will help with that.
