This product is very, let's say, 'sporty. It is a piece of kit akin to a nose clamp for swimming or earplugs or eyegoggles. It is not a comfy-cozy thing, it is to open and breathe! Take some getting used to, but it definitely works well - and I lie them better than the adhesive strips and all that sticky adhesive.

It does fall out of my nose occasionally at night, however, I love that I no longer feel congested when I sleep. I snore a lot less, although my hubby does occasionally moan that I have a bad night here and there - usually if I’m extremely pooped, have a baaaaaaaad cold/congestion/allergies or have drank wine 😜 but overall it’s pretty helpful.What I will say, is that at first, it made the inside of my nose quite sore for about a week or two. I pushed through it, putting a little Vaseline on the sores, hoping it would get used to it, which it did. I’m glad I pushed through the painful bit because I’m definitely sleeping better, and hubby says it’s quieter now 😅😂

This item is a joke. I never leave bad reviews but this was so bad and a complete waste of money I thought I should. It does not improve breathing at all, there is no increase in the size of your airways, just makes you have big nostrils and an uncomfortable feeling in your nose.

Product very soft. And as such does not put any pressure on the nose to keep the nostrils dilated. It does stay in well/overnight but has not helped air flow at all. And as i bought the double pack its not returnable unlike the single pack. Who knows why???? But disappointing.

I have recently started running but was finding it hard at some points of my run where I was fatigued, I broke my nose years ago so struggle to breath through one nostril and my physio told me this is the reason, I’m not taking oxygen in because of my nose! I bought this to open my nose and it’s worked wonders! I feel brilliant out running and genuinely feel it’s because I can breathe properly, I also use it while sleeping to stop me snoring lol only issue I had was getting it fitted properly but that comes with trial and error, would highly recommended this product 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

On the first night using this it definitely opened my nasal passages but it was uncomfortable, I thought it was due to newness and not being used to it so the next night I put it on and it was slightly irritable but I persevered because I could breath better and again thought it was me getting use to it but the next day after taking it out I got blisters in my nose. Yes… Blisters!! I’m a women with a standard size nasal passage, I bought the double medium package but I may as well have thrown £15 in the bin which is were these ended up.

I found it very helpful as struggle to breathe due to broken nose, I should have got smaller size rather than medium but stays in well and dosnt disturb my sleep as once in quite comfortable.

I love this apparatus, I can breathe thru my nose again whilst going to sleep. For such a long time, I have been woken up during the night not being able to breathe, thru my nose, as it was completely blocked, a scary feeling in the dead of night. The dilator has helped tremendously, it's like a miracle. It does take practise to find the correct place for it to nestle, and the higher up the nasal passage you can manoeuvre it into, the better. Do not be afraid of going to high up, it does not hurt, and no damage is done, you will breathe in and out thru the nose, with no sound at all. You'll wonder why you left it so long to purchase one. It's a feeling of walking along the beach in the fresh air. Genius piece of rubber sculpture, fits like it was custom made for my nose. I have woken, in the morning a couple of times to find it in bed where I had laid on it. Don't know why or when it comes out, maybe I had an itchy nose in my sleep and knocked it out, no problem though, as it did not disturb my sleep. Love it, and the price.
