Sound great
I had a Buds Pro I got a few years ago, and then I guess they fell out of my pocket while I was out because they're gone. So I got these.Fit feels a little better than the Pros did, but I'm probably imagining that. Connects to the wear app easily and well, allowing control such as changing from surround sound to ambient sounds. Love that you can turn off touch controls. My ears are garbage at holding buds in so I constantly have to push them back in. (It's not an incorrectly sized ear-tip. Large is way too big, medium doesn't get a perfect grip. Broken ears.)I will admit I haven't tried the call option, as I seldom get calls, and haven't at all while wearing them. I do know the original Pros worked great though. Just tested it calling someone. Both of us noticed no sound issues. They didn't know I wasn't using my phone and they sounded normal to me.I am kinda sad color-wise. The original Pros had a like, glittery-ness to them, the the buds themselves were mirror-like. These are just a plain pastel purple, which I still like but don't think is as pretty. However, I think part of that is the material on the outside of the box is more tacky. The originals were smooth, and I imagine the change was to keep them from easily falling out of your pocket. The biggest issue is, if you have the white or purple, they smudge visibly easier.I had hoped that the find your earbuds option was for if you misplaced the whole thing, but it's simply for if you drop a bud and cant find it, which is disappointing.I can't give a good estimate on battery life. I just spent the past twenty minutes in a call and the buds went down 5% I don't use them a lot because I'm disabled so I don't go out much, and I've never looked at the battery% once I was done. I will say my box is still at 21% after using them for probably around 15-18 hours, so that's not bad at least.

I love love love these earbuds
I recently purchased the new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, and I must say, they are a significant disappointment compared to the Galaxy Buds 2. In terms of sound quality, the Buds 2 simply cannot be matched; their audio clarity and bass response are superior and create a much more enjoyable listening experience. While the Buds 3 do fit more snugly in the ear, which provides a better seal for sound isolation, that’s the only area where they outperform the Buds 2.If you're currently considering whether to invest in the Buds 2 or the Buds 3, I highly recommend going with the Buds 2. You’ll likely find them to be more fulfilling and satisfactory, and I have no doubt you won’t be disappointed with your choice. Moreover, I've noticed that the widget on my Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, to which I have paired the Buds, offers a much richer experience. It provides improved information accessibility, better usability, and a more attractive interface, along with greater versatility in functionality.Regrettably, I missed the return window for the Buds 3 Pro, or I would have certainly chosen to return them. Overall, my experience reinforces that the Buds 2 are the better product in this lineup.

Right ear crackles randomly and unintentional hair taps
The refurbished part of this product is not great. There are some expected details such as smudges on the case and the rubber ear pieces are somewhat worn. I don't mind that part. I do mind that the right earbud crackles in my ear randomly. It was comparatively cheap to buying new, so I figured I'd leave an extra star, but my hair is also constantly tapping it and pausing, playing, and even skipping around songs or books I'm listening to. Maybe it's not bad for most people, but unfortunately I don't have the option of putting my hair up, so it's practically unusable. I had the buds pro before I got the buds pro 2, and I've had more unintentional hair taps in 2 days with these than I've had in the 3 years I had the last ones. Again, maybe it's just me, but it is certainly frustrating.

Renewed, but looks near mint condition
Sound quality is top notch, easily adjusted in the Wearables app. Comfortable fit for hours; I use the large earbud tips because that gets the best seal but I could use the medium size fine too.As a renewed product, I expected some scuffs or maybe a bad battery life but it seems to be working fine and came out of the provided box in smooth condition. If I didn't already have the 1st generation of these buds, the instructions on the print out were a poor quality ink or a clogged printer but, it got the message across.Weird that they didn't do a factory reset before I got these but it can be done in Wearables app so no harm, no foul to the Anthony who owned this before.

They Work ...
These are great ear buds by far compared to any others I ever used. I love the different controls. However they were dirty and the case had stuff stuck to it. I understand they are renewed but they could have came better than they did. After doing a whole cleaning session I found that they have great comfort and average battery life. I love the sleek design and sound quality is by far a easy A+. They were super easy to connect with the wearable app.

Arrived in record time!
I purchased these as a replacement for my Buds 2, which had become old and started showing some problems. The left earbud had a hissing sound and distorted audio at higher volumes, especially when playing bass-heavy music. The new item arrived in excellent condition. The package arrived the following day after placing the order. Overall, I’m giving it 5 stars!

Refurbished was more used than expected
They work well the audio sounds a bit weird but not a deal breaker and the case was more beat up than I expected and the buds themselves were ok at best

Powerful and crisp
Skeptical at first but after comparing to my AirPod Pro 2 which I thought was the best sounding earbud; these have bigger bass notes and higher treble highs and more “air” around the sound. A spatial quality, more of an immersive sound stage.
