Grade 4 doing home physical therapy while away from physical therapy
The cost is very affordable, works well, I have lower back pain for the past year and this equipment has helped a lot with my pain management. I’m improving as it goes.

Great workout bench
Great size for my small office - can also fold away in my closet. Easy to install and feels sturdy.

Back extension is good - dip is pretty useless
Good for what I need it for - back extensions. The dip station is pretty useless to me since it is not far enough off the ground that I can do a deep dip to get the stretch I want, even with bent knees. Assembly was easy enough - note: it rocked initially after I built it and I thought it was out of alignment but it was just that the end caps on the bars have varied thickness. At first I was annoyed (why isn’t it one size around?) but then realized it made it easy to adjust and level out so works well. I don’t really fold it up but that seems easy enough if you have limited space. The foam pads to hold you ankles are just ok. I would like a lightly different angle but it is good enough for me and I don’t like the adjustable ones I have tried.

Highly recommended Roman chair.
Highly recommendGreat for back extensions , crunches and after a while side bends once you find the right position for yourself . If placed on a mat or foam floor it rarely sways. On normal wood floor it doesn’t move as much unless you’re doing side bends then expect some movement. The foam pads did take a while to get used to for preacher curls since they are a bit small but still works.Surprisingly for me it does work really well for incline DB bench pressing. Overall this product works as advertised and is a great budget home gym piece

Uncomfortable - & don’t feel it in glutes or back
It doesn’t work and it awkward. And keep trying to figure out what’s wrong with it. Maybe the problem is the leg bottom part is too close almost pushing leg forwards and there’s no angled way to place feet at the bottom just on the flat floor. Plus maybe by the ankles maybe it needs to be a little further back? Idk. But it’s not working and it’s extremely uncomfortable. I tried a different kind of this at the gym and I loved it and wanted to invest in one. I loved it so much I felt it right away in the glutes. This thing however isn’t it. I tried to move it from tallest to shortest but I don’t think that’s the problem. I think it’s the ankle feet positioning. It almost hurts. And does nothing to the glutes. It says u can also do side sit-ups . By crossing your feet together but it’s extremity uncomfortable and squished. Idk soemthing is just plain wrong with it. I regret it a lot. And I’m too lazy to haul this to return it. Plus I would have to take it all apart! I don’t have the box either as I tossed it being to excited. If I were u I wouldn’t buy it. It’s almost pushing my bottom legs (not thighs) forward and I feel that once I’m bending and my feet are flat I think at the gym the feet are kinda angled or something I could be wrong but this doesn’t feel good at all and I don’t feel it in the back or glutes at all. Just in my wallet! Also if your heavy set I definitely would skip 100. Honestly doesn’t matter just def skip this plus returning this is basically impossible after building it. Like be foreal. Also there was a few parts that arrived a little damaged. The other mention is the parts aren’t labeled. The bolts are labeled but evry other peace has no labor sticker so you have to look at the instructions book and decide if it looks like the one in the instructions. It does show letters in instructions. But not on the actual metal pieces and not of the little bags either. U just pick a piece and stare to decide what letter it’s supposed to be. At least the bolts are labeled

really bad directions
It’s a little wobbly on the floor, but it seems to work pretty good for back extensions. And oblique. Exercises I wouldn’t recommend doing dips on it. It’s too unstable for that.
