Tastes like sugar to me. Bakes like sugar/.
I replaced all granulated sugar uses in my home with this. I think I have a fairly normal taste sensitivity and this tastes like sugar to me. I put it in my coffee, I bake with it, I cook with it, etc. I've made simple syrup with it, but it doesn't get thick like sugar does, but still worked for my purposes. Highly recommended. I have purchased multiple times.FYI sometimes, but usually not, the bag will have a small hole in it, but it has never been a huge problem for me.

Sugar is obsolete
Besides baking or in coffee, I've used this for:1) Ice cream, works amazingly, just cup for cup with no adjustment. (For some reason it seems sweeter in ice cream, not sure why.) Pure flavor and smooth texture.2) Making dulce de leche or caramel. Yes, it caramelizes like sugar, but actually more easily so there's less risk of burning it.3) Making tonic water or club soda. The subtle, clean flavor of allulose works great here. Also, it appears that allulose may promote metabolic health directly, besides just replacing sugar. It seems rare sugars like allulose may be part of the reason that fruits are healthy. Look into it, you may be surprised!

Great new product.
This is the first 'natural' sugar that is diabetic friendly and actually has clinical support for lowering HbA1c. It is not quite as sweet as Sucrose, but is very similar to fructose, from which it is derived. Zero aftertaste unlike artifical sweeteners. It is actually sweet, unlike Stevia. It is manufactured from High Fructose Corn syrup by a recombinant enzyme, so for you anti-GMO people it is NOT non-GMO. However, it is 100% natural, unlike Aspartame, sucralose, and saccharin. It produces a tasty caramel just like regular sugar and can be substituted for sugar in baking 1:1. GREAT new product!

Tastes good to me
Once I got the hang of adding a bit more than the amount of sugar called for in a recipe, I really like this stuff. Works in baking or in cold items.

Absolutely Disgusting
This is not good at all. I have used other Allulose products and they have been very good, with a sweet flavor to them. This was absolutely disgusting. Not only is it terrible. The labels on the packaging are Photocopies of either an original graphic or a bag of the original product.I will be requesting a refund as this was absolutely awful. I had to put in a second teaspoon of it in my tea in hopes that it might have some flavor other than chemicals, but it didn’t and I was violently I’ll later in the day as well.

The only sugar i bought
This is the only brand I used since being on the keto diet for about 4 years now. It does not crystallize, unlike some other sugar substitutes. Great for jam-making or caramel sauce.

Tastes like real sugar, less concentrated (and some gut effects)
In a blind test you'd be hard pressed to distinguish Allulose from sugar, although it is less concentrated. You'll use more of it to get the same effect in your coffee, kool-aid or whatever you put it in. All good for the most part, except be ready to head for the bathroom. It does mess up your gut though and I had to stop using it for that reason.
