Cheaper alternative backed my good customer service
The first cartridge i installed was not recognised by the printer. The second worked fine, after the printer realligned the print outs were crisp.I have only printed 20 - 30 pages so far, all without issue, so i believe it is a good, cheaper alternative.As for the first faulty cartridge, i contacted the company and they sent a replacement very quickly. They obviously stand by their products and reputation. I would be happy to buy from again and recommend to others.

Excellent price and customer service
The first cartridge I installed was initially OK but developed a fault causing an error message to appear. I emailed customer service and received a reply within minutes, on a Sunday afternoon, with instructions to try to rectify the problem. Unfortunately that was not successful but I was sent a replacement by return when I informed the vendor. The second cartridge is perfect as, I hope, will be the replacement.I think you have to accept you will get the occasional dud when using refilled cartridges but with excellent customer service and purchasing two cartridges at a time you shouldn't be greatly inconvenienced. You certainly can't beat these cartridges for value for money.

Battered box, only 4 days left on date
I've given this 3 stars on the assumption that the cartridge is going to work and last a decent amount of time; but I wouldn't buy from this buyer again. The box was battered and squashed, and that wasn't due to posting. And it is only just in date; it arrived today, 27th May, and best before is May 2016. Seems to be an offloading of old stock which is fine if its included in the description.

poor refill
Both of these cartridges were very dry and only one out of the two actually worked. The one that is working is not very dark.

Compatible HP339 Ink Cartridge
I have not used them yet but I know from past experience that they are almost as good as the originals.They are not quite as colourfast as the originals but are perfectly OK if you do not get the paper wet. Damp is OK but not wet.work out a heck of a lot cheaper than HP's own. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Quick delivery and genuine product
I chose this product as it was the cheapest genuine product that I could find at the time, was a bit wary by some of the reviews saying that the printer didn't recognise it as genuine, but my printer has with no problems.Delivered within the proposed time frame as well. Will order again
