JINSONG 27" Commercial Freezer with Single Solid Door, 23 cu.ft Stainless Steel Reach-in Freezer for Restaurant, Bar, Shop, Residential, with 4 Shelves and 4 wheels

I purchased a Jinsong 54" Commercial Freezer on February 27. 2025. It was scheduled to be delivered on March 13. Delivery came early, and the box was dropped off on my driveway. I opened the box when I arrived home, and found the product damaged. I took pictures and called Amazon.com customer support to report the incident. I even offered to keep the product if they provided a discount. I have been a Prime member for over 15 years. Jinsong refused to give a discount and asked if I would keep the product. That freezer was purchased to replace older single-door refrigerators that consume much electricity. I donated the two refrigerators. An Amazon representative said that the damaged appliance could only be picked up on March 11, leaving me with all the food and items removed from the donated refrigerators at a loss. They also said I would have to wait until the appliance is delivered at the warehouse to be credited the Jinsong Freezer's cost. I kept the damaged freezer to save all the food items I had purchased. I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of interest in providing decent and fair customer service.The way a company treats its customers speaks loudly in a good or bad way. In my case. I do not recommend purchasing products from this manufacturer.

Every time the freezer doors are closed the unit makes a weird loud noise like a horn squilling , it actually has bothered our customers.

Description said stainless but it is only the inside. The unit came with chipped off enamel on the outside and rusty looking hinges. I am still waiting for this to be picked up and credited. Unit is loud and front panel buttons look and feel like a plastic toy machine. Stay away.

It feels good to the touch and after running it for a while there is no noise, it cools very quickly, so far everything is fine
