I can feel the goodness of this ancient rice
I tried this to make some idlis and definitely see how it’s more satisfying and filling due to the fiber content. Idlis are so soft and definitely more filling than regular white idlis. Yet to try cooking the rice as is but overall very satisfied with my purchase

This rice has a mildew odor and taste. Either it is old or was improperly stored, or both. Buyer beware — it is also apparently not returnable. :-(
