Q: Are these latex free?

Don't know, but if not, because of allergies, they are very good eye patches.

Q: what size is the indent? I don't want it to press on my eyes

I can't really say how deep it is. It did not press on my eye. The top edge only gently tiuched my eyebrow area.

Q: Are they flat? I need to wear sunglasses for my good eye

It does have a bulge - curved over the eye socket - but it is soft and silky I wore glasses over it rather than take out one of the lens.
