Birds can bathe or drink the water but i need to find the right kind of pie dish and buy 2 or 3 cuz if you don't keep a pie dish inside then the metal bird bath will get all crappy and you don't want to pick up the bird bath every time it needs cleaning. This has spikes to station it in the ground. When you get the right size pie dish you can switch a clean one and wash the dirty one.

Adorable bird bath. It is a bit smaller than I expected, but the birds love splashing in the bird bath. It is durable, workds great and adds character to our garden.

At 38" this is maybe a little taller than it ought to be. With stakes firmly in the ground it is slightly tippy. Birds don't mind that and came shortly after putting out. Like the colors and shape of bowl. Wish there were more options for assembly, so size could be adjusted to location needs.

Do not waste your money. I know you get what you pay for. This bird bath, I have had maybe two months, if that, but the paint has started to peel off and it has started to rust. The spikes that go into the ground, one spike literally broke off also, while I was stepping down on it to adjust the leveling. I love to see the birds come bath and drink water but I will look for a different type of bird bath and since I want something to last, will invest $$ on a good quality one.

SO, I thought this would be a good one because of the reviews. Well not so good after 18 months. The bottom paint came off and started to rust. I thought I would grind off the bottom and treat it again with a quality spray paint that the can said you could paint over rusty areas no problem! Well that was BS too. As after only a couple of months the same thing happened again.So I give up on this product. Definitely not worth $35 bucks. Way past the return date so I'll be looking for a better product. If someone reading this has a better one please let me know.
