Q: what is the measurement of the front of the crane when it is assembled

Depends on the weight you wish to lift. It extends out ~1.5 m if only lifting a 500 Kg load.

Q: i need this equipment to move a half ton pizza oven and the width i need to get it through is 93cm

I think you will find the splay on the legs is too great to pass through the gap. rent a pallet truck or similar and just use the hoist to load and unload

Q: did anyone else find the 2 support bars wernt long enough to line up with holes if put to outside as in instructions

No, I didn’t find any problems in assembly. Everything in the geometry worked as it should. There was however a problem with the hydraulic ram, that was quickly replaced and everything was operational. Regards
