Firstly, if you are going to use this stuff, preparation is the key. After I had done that I checked the weather forecast to make sure rain was not arriving soon, poured some into a scuttle, loaded a roller and started to apply.This was on a fairly new block paving drive and it seemed very thirsty for the first coat. To avoid pulling sand out with the roller I found it necessary to load the roller and push it with a light touch and no heavy pressure.After it had dried, (next day), I applied a second coat which went much further with less absorbency.The effect is excellent, looking slightly darker, as it used to when it rained. There is a nice matt sheen to the surface.Rollers and brushes can be cleaned up using white spirit.I bought this polyurethane based sealant as I understand it may last a year or two longer before needing another treatment. Only time will tell. I have not had this product long enough to provide any further information as to its longevity.

Ok if you intend to use it to seal twice a year

I was a little conscious in investing in this product however, decided to go ahead with it. I’m so glad that I did, after applying 2 Coats on my block paved patio it looks absolutely stunning!! A nice satin finish. I just wish I had taken a before and after picture. I’m hoping it keeps the weeds at bay. There are cheaper alternatives but you’ll end up spending the same amount of money and a lot more of your own time over the years. If in doubt take the jump and you won’t be disappointed. Highly, highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. This seal is very good and so easy to apply I gave my drive 2coats and is brilliant I would definitely recommend this one I will definitely buy this again for next year so go on buy this you won’t regret it
