Great product with great sound and great connection options
I would like to say this product is great! It does everything as advertised, and I’m very happy with it. I bought the WiiM pro to use with my SVS prime wireless speakers, to get the most out of them. The prime wireless already have a fantastic 192khz/24 bit dac, and are high res capable through the dts play Fi client. Dts play fi does multi room audio , hi res and all of that, but it doesn’t support Apple Music, and I have a very large Apple Music library with hundreds of albums and tens of thousands of songs. I can import my playlists into tidal, which I also use, but it’s a hassle. Anyway, the big problem with dts play fi is it glitches, locks up, and drops all of the time. It’s not stable at all. The WiiM does all the same things plus adds airplay 2 and chromecast built in , so I can stream lossless audio from whatever service and device I have.( I also use YouTube music and Amazon music). The setup is easy , and the app actually allows you to search multiple libraries concurrently for music you want to listen to. I used the the digital optical connection directly into the prime wireless master speaker, as that gives better fidelity over rca out, and it works great. I never had a single drop, or studded steaming over Wi-Fi. The sound is great too, and I noticed that the bass was had more weight and prominence to it then when using dts Play-Fi and the prime wireless dac that way. I tested the WiiM with tidal over Wi-Fi , Spotify connect, Amazon music over Wi-Fi, AirPlay from my Apple library, and chromecast from the YouTube music app. They all worked flawlessly , and had great sound quality, with tidal , Amazon , and airplay 2 sounding the best , as I was streaming lossless music over a lossless connection. I also have my computer connected through rca in from the computer to the WiiM and rca out from the WiiM to the SVS prime wireless. It played with no issues, but it didn’t sound as good because then I’m using the dell xps’s shitty dac. Good thing is, I can airplay from my computer within the iTunes software to the WiiM and bypass the crappy dac for much better sound. I A/B compared the same songs both ways and it was a dramatic difference. Also, when use airplay or chromecast you can still use the remote (purchased separately) to skip and pause/play tracks and control volume. You can also do this from the app too, but I wanted the remote for when I want to put the phone down and still control music. I’ve been testing now for six hours straight and I am totally impressed with the sound quality , ease of use, great functionality of the app, and consistent connection. I highly recommend this as an affordable audiophile grade product. ( it has the same Texas Instruments 384/24 dac as some much more expensive products). Five stars for the win!

Works great, very convenient
I like that I can control my Wiim Mini without always needing to use my phone or iPad. Has all the most useful functions like mute, play/pause, next track, previous track, and volume up and down. Also has a button for changing inputs but I don’t use that (the only input I use is WiFi). The 4 presets are very nice. I put in 2 Radio Paradise channels (Main Mix and Mellow Mix) and 2 Amazon Music stations. The remote is also nicely made, of good quality (not premium but not cheap or flimsy either) and feels good in the hand. The remote seems to connect to the Wiim via Bluetooth so works from great distances and even from another room so no worrying about IR line-of-sight issues. Very happy with this purchase.

Does what’s advertised
Bought this to make it easier to pause and mute music then unlocking my phone and going through the WiiM app. Works great and I like the preset buttons to make it easier to switch my radio streams. Does not come with the two AAA batteries that are needed. Giving it 4 stars because for $20 I feel like the remote could be made out of better material. It is just some cheap plastic and doesn’t feel balanced.

Perfect for WiiM Mini
Worked great to give my WiiM mini remote capability. A must have that makes the WiiM product that much more versatile in helping to put the phone down.

Just use your voice and the presets to choose and play streamed music from your WiiM Mini!
The media could not be loaded. I like that with this control I can choose and play all my music without the need of a tablet, computer or cell phone. This product is frequently returned because voice does not work with all streaming services but it works flawlessly with amazon music. The volume controls have much more granularity (much smaller volume changes upon each press) than the firestick remote. I am very pleased. I sure do not want guests using my smart devices at parties so this control is super. Also if you pair this control with the WiiM Mini and connect the streamer's SPDIF out to a S.M.S.L SU-1 DAC's SPDIF in you will have world class music (the best sound for the price) hands down.

Works as advertised! Totally elevated my Amazon Music Unlimited and Pandora listening experience!
If you're reading this, you probably already know the Wiim Mini totally lives up to the hype, with fantastic sound quality. It just didn't come with a remote. The remote takes the Wiim experience over the top. Remote volume and song skipping works perfectly with no hassle or issues! And on top of that, you can request songs or channels with the voice remote!! I'm in audio heaven. Mad props to Wiim for an outstanding product line.

Works exactly as expected. Easy setup
I use the WiiM Pro as an intermediate device between my TV's digital-only output and my Fosi Audio BT20a Pro Amp. Since the Fosi amp does not have a remote and the TV remote does not affect the digital audio output volume, the WiiM essentially functions as a DAC/preamp and occasionally as a music streamer. I got frustrated with using my phone as a volume control for the WiiM so I bought this remote. It was super easy to sync via the WiiM app and I can somewhat control the presets and source on the WiiM, but since the WiiM doesn't offer any video feed back to the TV, it's kind of a blind guess. I still need the phone app to set EQ, presets, etc., but I knew that going in. Overall, I am very happy with the remote. It feels like equal or better quality to my Firestick remote.

Missed opportunity
This remote works and that’s about it. I don’t know who uses presets for music, but it’s not me. You know what buttons I do use? INPUTS. The streamer has all these inputs but you can only cycle between them with the remote. Why not have dedicated buttons? Why does the remote have to be so basic? Swing and miss. It’s also Bluetooth, which means it cant easily be programmed to work with universal controls (that I’m aware of). So here we have this dumb ugly remote that’s just slightly easier than using my phone to control the volume.
