Very nice kit; not just a spare tire. Comes with the puck you need to the Tesla to jack up the car, ratcheting handle for the scissor lift, the "pick" some Tesla tires need for removing the cap (which I didn't - mine were the ones you just pop off), a few sized for the lug nut removal with the tool, a pair of gloves all in a nice bag for storage. I just wish there was a place in the car to put it out of sight. But great to have peace of mind. I would recommend when you get it to take it out and do a trial run so you know how everything works (accessing the lugs, inserting the "puck", using the lift/jack, etc).

Seller shipped promptly; item was delivered on time. Box is heavy. Don't rely on box hand hold cutouts (they tore). Inspected contents. Only shipping damage was a small hole worn in the nylon fabric pouch that holds the scissor jack. Tire case is heavy gauge nylon with strong handles. Removing the scissor jack and tools from the tire case makes the tire much easier to pick up and handle. Tire easily fits behind the front passenger seat of my Model Y. Also fits standing up behind the second row seats with only a slight tilt angle. Tire stows easily on its side in the hatch area. The scissor jack has a molded plastic adapter piece (riveted and appears to not be removable) to fit the hole in the frame rail at the lift points on a Tesla Model Y. The post on this adapter measures approximately 22mm wide by 20mm high. Compared these measurements with my 3 year old Reverse Logic low profile lift pad. The Reverse Logic post measures 22mm wide by 16mm deep (~1/4 inch shorter.) The StanceMagic complete spare wheel and tire kit for the Tesla Model Y is a good value.

My order was delivered in less than a week. Upon close inspection, the tire and the included kit looks nice and study. The tire and the kit weigh less than 30 lbs and fit nicely inside a zippered nylon bag with 2 carrying handles. Everything is included in the kit as the description says on Amazon. I selected this brand over the Modern Spare for the lower cost. I haven’t used my new spare tire yet and I hope it will save me the day when I need to use it.

I bought this tire and it came yesterday. First impressions are great! Fit and finish is very good, the jack that come with the kit did in fact fit under my model Y, and the pin did fit into the hole in the frame. There was enough clearance with a fully inflated tire, that I'm sure the jack would fit easily if the tire was flat. If the ground is un even, then just maybe there could be an issue... not sure.The tools that came with the tire all had a "quality" feel to them. but I've not actually tried them. I did store the tools in the frunk and put the tire, of course, in the back. the storage bag appears to be well made and the tire was also in a very heavy clear plastic bag that is big enough to put a dirty flat tire in so you can keep the back of the car clean until you get it repaired. I've had my Model Y for 3 years and have had many flat tires. I don't know if it is the tires fault, the particular length of the car, but most of my flats have been on the right rear tire and all from screws..... go figure.

I was on a long road trip from New Jersey to Indiana and back. I purchased this spare tire kit for my Model Y, so I'd be able to manage if I got a flat. I love my Tesla, and I understand why they don't provide a spare tire, but I always feel better if I have a spare. It does consume space in the rear hatch, as it does not fit in the cargo space under the floor area. I consider that a small trade-off for the peace of mind of having a spare.On my way back home, I hit a huge pothole in a road construction area in Kentucky. It immediately blew out the front driver side and actually tore the aluminum wheel. The rear driver side tire also had a slow leak, and a bent wheel. I was stuck on the side of an exit ramp, in a bad spot, where it would have been very difficult for a wrecker to flatbed my car to Tesla service. I was able to change the front tire with this spare, and then inflate the rear long enough to limp my model Y to the nearest parking lot. There I called Tesla service, and the wrecker came and took us to Tesla service. Havng this spare with me was a godsend for me and my wife. Money well spent! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this product. It works, and got me out of a jam.
