Q: can this be made to auto-repeat continuously until stopped manually?

No, I cannot see how to make it auto-repeat. There is a button on the top that allows you to choose if you want it silent, with chimes (to indicate stage of hand washing), and with music. The device will stay on your chosen option each time you use it, until you manually change it. The sensor is responsive so you could just keep waving your hand in front of it after each cycle.

Q: Is the screen glass or plastic?

Hello! Our WASH has an LCD screen underneath a clear plastic lens.

Q: Can you change the time to 20 seconds?

I don’t believe you can change the time, but it has user wash for the required 20 seconds. The extra 10 seconds is for getting soap & rinsing.
