The plumbing is easy, but the quarters are cramped -- I couldn't even reach the underside of the original toilet seat bolts, let alone undo them. Fortunately, removing the whole toilet was easy and it made the job so much easier! The nice postcard from Clean Camper that came in the kit was just the right size to tape over the flange to stop things falling into the holding tank :-)I don't know why, but, for some reason, I thought I would have to change the Tiffin's original ELL fitting (the black fitting in the photo) for a straight fitting. After I'd done that, I realized my mistake and put the black fitting back. The parts included would have been all that were needed. One thing I found tricky was to balance the bidet, the inserts and the toilet seat as I installed them -- if you can squeeze an extra person in the bathroom to help you with that, it will make the job easier.Everything works fine and my wife is pleased with the result! I do plan to buy some "bumpers" to install at the front of the toilet seat to level the seat and compensate for the width of the bidet at the back.

So far so good, it installed so easy I thought it had to be a mistake. Anyhow I thought the price was a little high but that’s the price you pay because it had to be totally engineered and designed from scratch to fit the thetford toilets. I haven’t “test drove” it yet but I installed and tested operation and it all seems to be spot on. Also seems to be well made and quality product. If my opinion changes repost.Happy Camping

A FANTASTIC product!Installation was a breeze thanks to the perfectly understandable English the instructions were written in - definitely not translated from Chinese or something ridiculousIt fit our toilet perfectly and we can't wait to use it once we dewinterize!Would have given five stars, but it's a bit expensive compared to regular home bidets - maybe due to the lack of competition and being American made with quality partsI pray and can't wait for the day our production comes back to being what everyone buys - American made, baby!

While this is an expensive Bidet, It is compatible with my Thetford model V RV Toilet.It's made well and operates as it should. However, I did need to shim it's mounting to achieve a proper angle on its water stream as I found it to be aiming a little low. In general I feel that this is a good product and recommend it as few things in life are as important as personal hygiene and comfort.

Could not have been easier to install.The hardest part was getting a little bit of flex out of the line that came out of the floor. Other than that everything went smoothly and perfectly and wow, does it perform!!Installed in a 2016 Jayco 28RLS with the Dometic 320 ceramic toilet with elongated bowl.

It takes a bit of adjusting but works great.

Thetford | Residence Hi RV Toilet | 42169 is the toilet I have on a 2021 trailer. As everything seemed to fit up except the fitting leaked between the toilet and the valve. I tried everything to make this unit work but i managed to get it to just drip and drip. Didn't want to leave a bad review but now I see this is a common problem and the seller should of tested these out before selling them. I was so happy to find this and was one of the original purchasers. Bummer I as I threw it in the trash.
