I bought this to help me sleep as it usually takes me a while to fall asleep and I wake easily. It’s supposed to work best when taken an hour before bed but I usually only have it about 15 mins before. I noticed a difference from the first dose and my sleep has been better every night without fail. I never, ever remembered dreams before this - maybe once a year - and in the month that I’ve been taking this I’ve had much deeper sleep with pleasant dreams every night which I can remember. If I’m woken, I fall back asleep. I’m a woman in my forties, average height and build and two each day is a perfect dose for me. No side effects for me. Previously, I’ve taken prescription slow-release melatonin and while that made me feel a bit sleepier, I don’t actually think that it worked any better at giving me restful sleep than this!

Using it but no side effect and can’t say in words what benefits I m getting.

I starting taking these after my friend was raving about them. I work shifts and my sleep is generally poor. Whilst not directly improving my sleep I’ve been taking them for about 3 weeks. I seem to have more energy, focus and mental clarity and improved mood. That saying, I am doing dry January so possibly not drinking may have biased my findings!

I've been taking these magnesium supplements for a few months now and overall I'm quite satisfied with them. I’ve noticed an improvement in my nightly leg twitching, it used to be a regular problem but now it happens less often. I’m now sleeping a bit better too. They are reasonably priced compared to other brands. The only downside is that the capsules are a bit on the big side, making them slightly difficult to swallow at times. However this is only a slight inconvenience.

Big fan of these, wish i came across magnesium supplements much sooner but glad i went with these. After about a month of use i've noticed much more energy & focus and overall awakeness. Less fatigue post gym and training the next day, more calm & relaxed. Mildly better sleep but i have always been an easy deep sleeper. Never underestimate magnesium level deficiencies. Take these

I decided to try this brand because it seemed better value than the one I was using. I had no breaks in taking the supplement but on switching to this one it’s like I haven’t taken any magnesium at all - restless legs, struggling to sleep. This is supposed to have twice the amount per tablet as what I was taking. Hmm. I’m returning this item and switching back to the more expensive brand.
