Good buy.
We put these in a small commercial kitchen. They are bright and we have gotten several compliments on them.

To adapt for other mountings...
The product listing didn't have any great views of the underside, so here's one if you need it. For example if you want to hack these for some non-standard mounting. It's about an inch thick, and fully sealed with about an inch groove around the perimeter. The backside is level with the frame. The power wires are about three feet long, shown here simply attached to an AC cord. The area near the cord entry, at one end, gets quite warm but not hot.The whole assembly appears well-sealed; I'm optimistic that bugs wont get inside. Fingers crossed. They're plenty bright! And the power-cycle-to-change-temperatures seems to work reliably. Also the three-fast-on-offs to reset it to 5000k is reliable.Have only had them a few days, too soon to comment on longevity. For my purposes (a theatrical application) they seem to be perfect and we'll be getting a bunch more.

Good light, not so good installation kit
These lights provide very good brightness in the rooms we used them in. The colors can be changed by turning on and off the light within 8 seconds. Both were used in bigger closets, and on a motion switch, which will help keep it from changing colors easily. I can't speak for their longevity as I haven't had them for very long. The construction of the frame is cheaper, but you can't tell when they are installed. They have a more modern look as compared to old fluorescent lights and are pretty thin. The mounting process isn't the best. Four holes hold the light fixture in place, and the holes are at the very sides of the fixture, so if you're not careful, you can have a slightly visible hole coming out from behind the light fixture. If the alignment of the light fixture puts 2 of the holes over ceiling joists, then the wood screw threads aren't long enough to get a very good pull, and you can risk stripping the screw hole out. I ended up having to use my own screws to hold the light fixture in place. I can't necessarily compare these to other lights in the same price range, but getting 2 for the price of 1 lithonia from Lowe's, it was probably worth it if it lasts for years.

Surprisingly good
Replaced the lights in my kitchen with these panels. Much better than the florescent tubes I had before. Changing the light color is easy and intuitive as well. Its only been 1 year so hoping they last a long time.

NOT WORTH IT -seriously, DON'T
JUNK. we get what we pay for. They are 1/2 the price of "real" ones., but junk. Lightweight is a euphemism for flimsy. They are bright and they are the correct size - ish. I couldn't wait to finish installing the second one to go inside and write a review (at that point I was too far in to take the first one down and return them)1: The main thing is if you care what it looks like, well that and ease of install. Because the hardware is cheap it breaks and because the mounting holes are too close to the outside edge, you can, well I couldn't, install without some ragged edge of drywall hole on either side, and I kinda know what I'm doing.2: the plastic anchors broke when I started to screw into them, had to drill or poke that out then drill a bigger hole for the molly-route of installing.3: no recess at all on the back so if your wires aren't going fully in the box you just jam it.4: the plastic sheet over the LEDS is so thin you can see that there are clusters of lights and it makes it look like the plastic has warped.I bought a similar one at Costco last year and am very pleased, actual styling and easy install. I would return these but they're in the garage and I'll repaint the ceiling eventually. Did I say JUNK?

tricky to install but great kitchen lights!
like all LED fixtures, I suggest testing them out of the box before installing!not going to lie, these are hard to install... you can't pick where to place the mounting holes (like picking a joist for example), you pick where the fixture goes and then use the template and hope you can drill accurate holes in the ceiling - no room for error.... the saving grace was the cables you use to suspend the light fixture while completing the wiring.after all that, we are so happy with the lights. replaced two old fluorescent (4tube) fixtures with two of these, much brighter and more pleasant (we use the warm temperature in the evening, daylight setting while cooking). I can finally see fine in the kitchen! also, the old fixtures were about 5" deep, so now the ceilings are less cluttered (we are tall) and kitchen feels larger. the memory feature works as advertised - remembers previous temp setting.

Poor Design
These lights are very bright, but they are also very flimsy and difficult to mount if you need to attach them to a drywall ceiling and can't align the mounting hole with ceiling joists. It has two mounting options for that, plastic drywall anchors or toggle bolts. I needed to install one quickly, but did not trust the plastic anchors to hold so I used the toggle bolts (I typically don't like to use toggle bolts and would have returned the lights if I had time to get new ones). After installing the light, the holes in the metal frame of the light fixture were so close to the edge that the holes I made in the drywall were exposed after getting the fixture tightened to the ceiling. I was able to hide the holes with some drywall compound, but that is not my typical quality of work.A suggestion to the manufacturer: Make separate holes on the provided mounting template for toggle bolts to account for the size of the hole required. The center line for toggle bolt holes should be farther from the edge so that the outer edge of the hole stays hidden by the edge of the fixture. Or just make the edges slightly wider with holes set back farther from the edge.
