Dolphin Genuine Replacement Part Durable 60 FT Blue Cable 99958903-DIY

Honest review, I didn’t need a replacement due to damage or wear & tear in existing cord. Actually my robotic pool cleaner is new. Our pool is extra long 44’ so I needed a cord that would allow my cleaner to reach all areas due to where I installed my power & control panel.I saw several reviews where folks said they had to return due to cords not fitting the models they had. I basically took my cord loose and seen what ends each side had then just found one online matching mine. All from same manufacturer so I was fairly sure it would work. It turned out it fit correctly and hasn’t missed a beat. Price was fair and core allow my cleaner to reach all areas of the pool. I have not had any issues with entanglement yet. If so I’ll just add few pieces of 1’ pool noodle down the cord. I did that on my last cleaner cord and it worked perfectly.5 minute install, solid cord, strong plugs. Just transfer your floater.Hope this helps someone.

My Dolphin S200 cord broke. This was the right part, works great.

I purchased a Dolphin replacement 60 FT Blue Cable — Part Number 99958903-DIY and within a matter of a few months, it is as tangled as the one it replaced. I've attempted all of the troubleshooting suggestions and none have resolved the tangle. The weather is warm, 75 degrees, and the pool is consistently properly balanced. The convenience of the dolphin helps keep the pool spotless...but I'm not sure if it's worth buying a new cable every few months.The cable was easy to install and, until it became so tangled that it only reaches 25% of the pool, I thought it was the solution I was looking for :(

This replacement cable brought back to life my Triton PS. I also attached a float on the cable and its keeping the cable from twisting up. Very happy consumer here.

This cord was a replacement and it also curls up like the previous cord.. you can’t get it to stretch out and I would just buy a whole different unit .. it doesn’t let the cleaner go throughout the whole pool .. I will buy a cordless unit next time

I used this part to replace the cord on my Explorer E30, and it has brought my pool robot back on line. It had gradually stopped working and I couldn't figure out the problem. I had unplugged, disassembled the thing, re assembled, and could not get it to run. I noticed that the blue indicator light on the unit was not on and finally figured out it was a power supply issue. Taking a chance it was something simple, like a power cord, I scouted the internet and found this part number on an overseas part shop. If you buy this cord, understand that the float is NOT included. Save the one you have on your old unit and install it on this one.

Great replacement cable for our Dolphin pool cleaner. The lack of pivot also means lack of a major point of failure. Make sure you still use the floaters to avoid the tangles and prevent it from flipping over.

Installation was easy. My Dolphin has two locations where the cable is secured to the housing with saddle shaped brackets. The three-prong plug at the end of the cable slides right into place with a good firm push.I did have to salvage the two football shaped floats off of the old cable by splitting them in half, and then “clicking” the halves back together around the new cable. I tried running the robot at first without the two floats, but discovered my robot would fall over on its side, when trying to go up the sidewall of the pool.
