I have noticed when exercising that I can kick higher, like I used to. Also the pain in my thumb joints has diminished. The Sleep XL is wonderful. I have been taking Omega XL for several months now. Somewhat effective product and I would give it more stars. Unfortunately I think they pray on people who are willing to try anything to relieve themselves of pain and stiffness. The people that buy it are mostly people on fixed incomes, retirement incomes, stretched incomes because of medical bills and issues. I think if they want to truly relieve us of our pain it should first start in our pockets. I would keep buying it if I could afford to and I'm sure there are many other people that feel the same way.
