Waste of money
This phone will not stay on wifi and now, after almost a month of dealing with that, it no longer get data either. there is an x in the spot where LTE usually is. I am going back to total wireless. I'd rather have to pay for phone service.

Amazing quality and value in a phone that is extremely rugged.
This is the phone where it seems like they understand what people, or at least what I, am looking for. The design is metallic and rugged, and very durable so I have no worries about damaging or breaking it. The fingerprint reader is on the side button in a comfortable spot that feels natural and nice to use. The software is updated frequently and is up to date with most the recent android updates. It didn't feel laggy or slow, even with more intensive mobile games. My favorite thing is the custom button (defaults to underwater camera [did I mention this has an underwater camera?!]) that you can assign to specific functions or tasks that you do frequently. Overall this is a great phone that I think you can recommend to anyone.

Screen is extremely responsive, Wi-Fi is problematic but functions, great value if you work it right
OK, so sometimes this Bison X10 does shut off at random times, and as a result can frustrate the user. For me, specifically, I've never had a phone power off on me, out the box. This one did. After turning it on, several times, connecting the charger to it, then tapping on the screen rapidly once the BISON logo flashed on the screen, the phone stayed powered on and functioned more consistently (desirably) from that point forward. The Wi-Fi, when accessing internet via my 5G Inseego mobile hotspot (T-mobile service), is hit or miss, unlike my other Android 12 and later phones which requires me to enter my hotspot password a grand total of ONE time, then saves it & we're off to the races. Not this phone. I enter password and it is fine for about 1 hour. Then, this phone fails to connect, so I have to enter Wi-Fi settings, tap on the name of my hotspot connection to "Forget" it, so I can re-enter (reintroduce) the connection to this stupid phone and reestablish the connection. Even then, it's a mini-ordeal lasting nearly 120 seconds (no exaggeration, I used a stopwatch app on another cheapo smartphone of mine to time how long it would take). Shouldn't be this difficult, but I'm proficient at troubleshooting these types of issues, so for me it was just an exercise in being patient with it and maintaining composure. Your mileage may vary, this phone might not be for people who give up easily on phones that shut off on them out of the box.I'm still only a week into owning this, but NFC is impressive (after getting past the initial aforementioned frustrations with the dodgy functionality), had my various accounts running & ready to use in paying for stuff in under 5 minutes. Download Google Pay & Wallet, make sure NFC symbol is the right shade of color after you tap it in your top-of-phone navigation shortcuts, and once Google Pay/Wallet is installed and NFC is on, you're pretty much ready to go after you select your account or your payment cards and decide which one should be the default (in Wallet).Has a radio I'm still playing with. Looks like I don't need to plug in headphones to listen to stations, like other phones make you do. Just tap the RADIO icon & you're all set.Thought about giving this 3 out of 5 due to the random power off issue, but the NFC is great, once the phone stays on long enough for you to access it. Touchscreen is extremely responsive, and is a pleasure to interact with otherwise. Buy a screen protector for it, you will need one. Otherwise, it's durable and can take a few drops and spills. Battery life is satisfactory. Camera will satisfy, it's not a Nikon or a RED or a Canon, its lens aren't Zeiss, but for what you're paying for it, it's better than some higher-end mid-range brand phones available for purchase. To have NFC of this level out the box makes this a really good value, but only for those who understand, and prepare themselves for some disappointing functionality behavior, and are willing to fool around (or have someone nearby who is tech-literate about smartphone behavior) with this BISON to get it to behave more desirably going forward, otherwise you might be better off spending a few more bucks on a model with equivalent features, but with better functionality and processing that renders these issues moot. I'll give it a 4 out of 5, chiefly on the strength of its value of being under $150 and has a working NFC capability, that actually seems premium when compared to other higher-priced smartphones.

This Phone is not all great
I had my phone since 2023 til now. I was excited for the features ESPECIALLY the fingerprint. One day it just stopped reading.... the option for fingerprint just disappeared (lol can't even make this up), Then on todays date it fell today . It fell out my pocket when i was bending down to pick up my groceries. It was not a high fall. It seems like the screen is on but its a black screen. I am going to try to repair it and see if that helps. The phone was bearable for the most part . I liked that it came with a step counter and also different tools. But thats about it . Anyone know any good phone brands?

Save your money and stay away from this entry level model.
Phone always locked up , customer service has been no help what's so ever. Th exact you get that you pay for is definitely true with this phone. Calls don't always make it through , texts messages have a long delay before sending regardless if you're in a network or wifi . Restarting phone helps sometimes but always resends all previous messages again. Performance is what is more important to me and is definitely a short coming of this phone. Camera isn't that great either or even as advertised. Battery life is the only plus in the phone model.
