Great Product

Very happy with this unit. Quite small so it doesn’t take up much room but you can fit a lot on it. Easy to build

Good and pretty easy to build
The media could not be loaded. Few extra screws that I can’t figure why but I followed all instructions and had some left over

Big and solid
Larger and more solid than I expected. Very pleased. Construction tip- don’t finish screws tightly till all cross bars in place otherwise, a little fiddly not not difficult to put together.

Disappointed
Although the stand is good the finish look of the product is not great the rubber around the hooks is as seen in the photos and when requesting Amazon to just send an additional hook to replace they said they couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted to send the whole thing back which ment dismantling everything! And when on a live chat with customer service they just ended the chat with me. Disappointed!
