Good Dough!
Uniform dough sizes, easy to follow directions. Good Quality crust, I use flour and cornmeal to give it a bit more a crusty Bottom.

good product
the frozen dough balls were not packaged in a sealed wrapper, just a plastic sleeve and some had fallen out in shipping. In order to prevent freezer burn I had to repackage all of them. The packaging should be better. As for the performance the one key is simply let the dough come to room temperature. Cold dough doesn't stretch easily or evenly. Otherwise a good product. Produced a good crisp and a good flavor.

Delicious, Stretchable and Convenient
The dough arrived quickly and frozen solid in an ingenious cardboard box with insulation. (I saved it for other uses.)I had a pizza party for four tonight, so I took out four balls and followed the instructions by flouring them, putting them in a dough box and setting out at room temperature in the morning. Six hours later, they still felt cold and not very puffy. So, I put the dough box in my oven on the bread proofing setting. Two hours later the dough balls were warm and puffy. Ready for use. Note that our “room temperature” was about 66F, so it may be different in the summer here and different from your “room temperature.”The dough stretched out without drama. I put each ball in a pile of fine semolina and stretched them on a marble slab, dusted with more semolina.I loaded them up with toppings, as New York style pizzas are supposed to be able to handle more than the Neapolitan-style pizzas I have been making. Nonetheless, the dough held together and I had no issues launching, turning (with a turning peel) and retrieving the pizzas.I cooked them in a wood and charcoal fired Ooni Karu 12, at lower temperatures and for longer times than I do for Neapolitan ones. I launched when the center of the stone reached 750F. Alas, I was paying too much attention to the pizzas to remember to time the total cook time. The end result were good looking and delicious. My guests loved them and I was proud to serve them, even though I’d never purchased dough before, always making my own.

The Dough is easy to work and cooks up to a great crunch- perfact for our taste...
First I would say - no branding - (as pictured) just a bunch of frozen dough balls in an unsealed bags in a card board box!Second - there were no instructions included (as it cites) method to defrost and prepare!I did get the instructions from after sales support...I can only say that the time to place them out to risetakes at least a couple hours longerthan they say it shoud.so if you are planning a pizza party - keep that in mind.Next timeI will first place them in the fridge over nightthen try the instructions. The dough is easy to work with even when making a thin crust! To get the results we like - I need to get stone close to 850. We like a crunchy thin and were able to achive the desired results! This makes for a great pizza party and minimize your mess. Makes the event more enjoyable! The pic is of actual results of my first - I loved it! I think it made better pizza than I make from scratch!E N J O Y ! !

Wow!
I ordered this dough hoping for the best. I'd never heard of them before. It's fantastic. I used a Breville Pizzaiolo oven, on NY settings, basically 550 degrees, low and slow, so everyone using a normal oven with a pizza stone can pretty much get the same results as I did.The dough was easy to work with, silky, making formation a snap. It is flavorful. The dough actually tastes like something, like, perfect salt, etc. The crusts puffed up beautifully, so they were stiff enough to crunch, but still chewy like they should be. I really am impressed with this company. I make my own dough usually and have been doing so for years. I've used brick ovens, normal ovens, Pizza machines, like Breville, Ooni. I've tried every recipe under the sun for NY pizza dough, used every type of flour 00, high-protein, etc.I have been on the hunt for "prefab" dough that is decent enough to have in the freezer for situations where I didn't have time to make my own. None of the previous tries got a passing grade. Poco Bero exceeded my expectations. We all loved it . A +

Perfect New York Pizza
We ordered this a few months ago and I am so glad we did! The dough has the perfect taste and consistency. I am a native New Yorker but haven't lived there in years and pizza was one of the things I missed the most and no other pizza compares.Thank you Poco Bero for making this available online and for packing it and shipping it in dry ice so it can be shipped to us in perfect shape. Well worth the money considering the number of ingredients needed and level of effort in making perfect dough balls. I've got a few more left and will be ordering more in a couple of months.

False Advertisement!!!! Beware!
Unmarked box, instructions NOT included, no nutritional information listed anywhere. Plain box with a styrofoam cooler, plain white box with frozen dough in individual packages. Received a pizza oven for Christmas. Wanted to start off easy with premade dough to get use to the over. Should have just made my own dough!
