Fantastic I never thought these could work, Had a severe muscle pain on lower part of my leg so i taped one each side of my leg where the pain was with micro tape and pain just disappeared after about 20 minutes quite amazing. I am a great believer in magnets and swear by them.I do not know how they work but they do, when i first got them they came in CD case which was a bit weird but must be to protect them from getting damaged in transit and also a great place to store them .I also used two of these for a bad headache as i suffer from migraines and placed one each side on my forehead where the pain was and again pain was relieved almost instantly.Well worth keeping these to hand and in your medical box. You place the magnets on the actual area of pain and leave taped with micro tape or even a plaster and forget about them.They are about the size of a 5 pence piece and leave for as long as needed for pain relief or until plaster does not hold them in place and re-apply if needed. Great for pain relief and they are fantastic .

I have used these therapeutic magnets in the past, but becasue they are quite small and have to be attached with sticking plaster, they can quite easily fall off after a few days and become lost forever! However, they are extremely effective and worth reinvesting in, as they will improve stiffness and inflammation in muscles or joints within a few days. They are positioned directly on the painful site or on a corresponding meridian line and left in place for 3-4 days. They are supposed to work by increasing the blood supply to the injured or affected area, but however they do in fact work, the result is pain relief. Fantastic purchase.

Bought for my wife with foot ache.They offer some relief when applied by tape overnight.

Lousy product; minimal effectiveness; better to use a standard fridge magnet; waste of money

Really good...use for pin pointing hard to reach areas of discomfort.Actually used on small flesh wound as an experiment....no pain the following day as I would normally have, and healing seem to have sped up as well. I am impressed

Unfortunately these did not work for my lumbar pain. My pain is cronic and severe.I felt the warmth for sure but no pain relief.I wonder if its because i have alot of fat to get through?
