Q: will these fit kawai upright UST-6 piano's keys?

Yes, these keytops will work for the Kawai UST-6. You'll want to install them so the front edge of the keytop sticks off 1/16" over hang over the key front. You'll probably need to do some filing on the keytop at the sharp notch and along the edge of the keytop next to the sharp, but this is normal when installing keytops.

Q: Will they fit an upright wurlitzer piano?

Yes, these should fit a wurlitzer piano.

Q: What glue do you recommend to use to attach?

We recommend PVC-E glue for installing piano keytops

Q: 2” head is long for my piano, do you have any with 1 7/8”?

Search for "Piano Keytops - Piano Key Replacement - White Gloss Short Head Complete Set" - short heads have a 1-15/16" head. If you need shorter than that (unusual, but possible) you'll have to glue it on with the desired overhang in the front and trim the notch.
