These are just wonderful, I take 2 of them (10mg, 20 mg total) every night, and within 30 minutes I am so tired that I can't stay awake, they work very well. I also chew them because I just love the berry taste! if you have doubts about Melatonin, taking 3mg or 5mg is usually not enough to get tired, I recommend either 10mg or 20mg each night.

Have been using melatonin for awhile. Had been using a name brand fast dissolve 10mg but decided to try these berry flavored. They taste better (to me personally) and as of today (8/1/2025) Carlyle brand costs $0.04 per tablet versus $0.14 for the other brand. Ordered a couple more to stock up. Again, the berry flavor tastes good and they work well for me.

I have tried many brands of melatonin over the years with having sleep issues. I like the smell, flavor and how fast they dissolve. No need to swallow. Normally, I need 10mg. With these, I can cut in half and still allow me to have a better sleep. Normally, I wake up in the middle of the night. But, the effectiveness of these helps me stay asleep most of the night.Would buy again.

These just help you sleep. When you have been so stressed out.

I really wanna give this five stars, but unfortunately I can’t. The strength is great, the sleep quality is there, the ingredients are great. There’s no smell, it taste great but they do not dissolve efficiently! Which is really why I wanted them so really not functional for dissolving.
