I recently purchased the HP 2023 Newest 14 Laptop, and I must say, it’s a fantastic deal for the price. At just $379.00, marked down from $498.88, the value you get is quite impressive. What a great laptop this is. I finally got rid of my desk-top computer and decided for a laptop instead for the easy of being able to take it with me when I travel. For the money, this Lenovo is absolutely an amazing deal! It's quiet, fast, great size, monitor is crisp, easy to hook up to a larger monitor and other accessories. What can I say...I'm a happy camper!!

Very happy with it - plays my game (sims4) without freezing and lagging, which was the number one requirement I had for it! Has performed every task I've asked of it perfectly. However - it is quite noisy. The fan is constantly running, which of course it does need to keep cool etc but the fan is not remotely of a quiet nature. From the moment you turn it on there is a whining/whisting/whirring fan noise. The battery life isn't *super* either but not so bad as to be anger inducing. I'm pretty much always where I can plug in, but for someone whose always on the go this might be an issue. Overall - great product for the price point!

Not a powerhouse machine, but light, long battery life and lots of RAM and HDD space. 1 TB SSD (not a SATA as a previous reviewer claimed came with their machine). This laptop was a good deal for my needs. I used my last laptop for six years. Fell asleep with it on my lap last week, woke up, shifted, and it hit the floor and promptly died after a hard knock to the screen. It was time for a new one anyway: couldn't run Windows 11 on the old one.The machine arrived brand new in box and exactly as described: I'm very happy with this laptop, even though there's a big gap between this one and fancier models. It does what I need it to do and doesn't feel at all lacking, and the portability vs my old gaming laptop means I'll be much more likely to carry this one around. Looks great too!

I purchased this product a couple of days ago for a family member. He used it yesterday and mentioned that the battery only lasted a couple of hours -- after having charged it to 100% the night before. He only used Microsoft Word and browsed the internet, but no videos, Zoom, streaming, etc.We used it this morning, and the battery seemed to drain quickly, so I checked and changed various settings to improve the battery life. But, while doing so, I noticed reviews from other users that mentioned that the warranty expired, it was in Windows 11-S Mode, etc. So, I did so more checking of the hard drive, Windows version, etc. The box does say Windows 11-S Mode, but this laptop is no longer in S mode. It seems to have been upgraded to Windows 11 - as advertised in the description. I also checked the serial number on HP's website. To my surprise, the factory warranty expired in July 2023 - 4 months before I purchased it. It started in June 2022.This is not a new laptop -- even though it is being sold as one. Either it was upgraded by a company to resell it, or a person who returned it. Either way, when I buy something new, I expect the factory warranty to be available. So, this is being returned.Edit: I checked again and noticed that the warranties can be expired for older, unsold products since the factory warranty starts when it’s produced. But, it still is unsatisfactory for me due to the short battery life, appearance of not being new (upgrade from 11-S advertised on the box), etc.

Box came with upgrades stickers to 1 TB Memory and 16g Ram from 250mb Memory and 8h Ram with WARRANTY EXPIRED July 3023 when I purchased it November 2033.THIS WAS AN AMAZON 3rd PARTY VENDOR! The HP Store Selling on Amazon. Better research reviews and discovered Amazon takes no responsibility short of full refund and HP only handles warranties on purchase bought on their website! I bought this hp 14 inch laptop for me daughter. She is 15 and is preparing for her high school exams. The size is great for her and the speed is awesome. Quality of the screen is good too.It is worth the money. If you are considering getting for school or work I believe it's a good go
