I was skeptical of this thing! But much to my surprise it was great!It’s always such a pain to rinse my girls hair in the kitchen sink, but this was perfect. It’s easy to blow up, has double vale so it deflates quickly too. Folds up nice for easy storage. Didn’t soak my friend or myself! She stayed completely dry actually! I had her sit in a standard kitchen chair and put a thick towel around her put the around her neck, added a small towel under her chin and had her hold it in place. It was a little awkward around the neck with the velcro but she didn’t mind it. I rinsed her lightener out, toned it, and rinsed that too. When I was finished I washed this with soap and water hun it to dry- by the time I finished combing her hair out this was dry. I let the air out, folded it up, and put it back in my hair kit.10/10 would recommend!

Helpful but not perfect. In other words, good for the price. I got this to help me perm/relax my hair by myself, so I could do all the rinsing without either bending over and getting solution in my eyes, or getting my whole body wet. It kept most of the water going into the tub. Definitely have a towel on your shoulders underneath it for a bit of leakage, and don’t spray the part where it meets your neck directly with the shower hose handle or it’ll leak. This probably is a great solution if you’re washing somebody else’s hair, but it’s helpful for doing your own too.

I never do reviews but I wanted to for this. My stylist does my hair at my home and it was so hard to hang my head over the sink and get the dye and water into my eyes and all over. So I decided to try this product and it worked really well. No mess, no water or dye in my eyes. My only complaint would be that they should’ve made the closure around the neck a little longer. But otherwise I was very satisfied.

This did not work well. The water ran off everywhere around my mother as I tried to wash her hair. Unless you are washing the very back of the head the person will get soaked. When we washed the sides it completely ran down her.

My aunt can’t brow over to get hair watched. I set chair w/back to kitchen sink and washed aunts hair. Work like a charm but warning. You will net water proof client salon cape to kept people dry while washing hair. Water runs through cracks in back onto clothes of client. Next, you will need a pump to blow up item purchased. I had hard time blowing up by mouth with. It was unsuccessful. Luckily my aunt had an air pump she uses to keep he exercise ball inflated with.
