LG Electronics S95QR 9.1.5Ch Soundbar with Wireless Sub-Woofer & Rear Speakers

These speakers are excellent,But please make sure your tv is compatible, certain LG tvs from 2022 onwards,Easy to set up and pair,The only issue i had was getting the Atmos sound to work, and that was just a couple of settings on the tv i needed to change,Once i changed tv settings to pass through, everything worked perfectly,Would recommend downloading the app, as more functions and tuning are available,Highly recommend..

Great sound and easy to set up, I'm blown away with the quality of the sound.

I bought an LG OLED TV some time ago, and have been looking to add a good surround soundbar system. I was quite hesitant to buy the LG S95QR given the not always great reviews and high price. But compared to non LG soundbars it offers some added features, like allowing to use it together with the TV speakers ("wow orchestra" mode). I noticed some suppliers recently reduced the price from over £1600 to less than £1000, which seems to be more in line with competing systems from e.g. Samsung.some negatives:- The sound quality is OK, but certainly not overwhelming. It certainly cannot compete with a good surround speaker set that I used to have. But I don't really have the space to accommodate these anymore. Its strong point is probably surround sound with movies. It fills the room well. Listening to music is OK, but not much more than that. I find the sound at times can feel a bit thin. I haven't noticed a lot of benefit from the auto-calibration.- There is very little ways to adjust the sound. In some modes you can adjust bass and treble (NOT in all modes), you can adjust the individual speakers volume (but not the left/right balance) and that is pretty much it.- I noticed a rather loud "bang" a few times, I guess from the woofer. maybe some interference on the WiFi signal. Need to look at it a bit further.Note that I have so far only tried the eARC HDMI connection to the TV, (which in turn is connected to my virgin media and nvidia android TV boxes. Haven't used the WiFi and Bluetooth, so can't comment on those.Overall I'm happy with my purchase. But had expected a bit more from what is supposed to be LG's top end surround soundbar.

Very good quality. Easy to set up and has a good sound.
