I received the package from Amazon without problems. The packaging itself is very sleek, modern and appealing to the eye. The case that the cooling fan comes in is wonderful to protect it in everyday storage and for trips. The cooling/fan only option works amazingly well with its three speeds all the while being comfortable to wear around my neck. The downside to this fan is it affects my earbuds and phone conversations. With the air blowing straight up, the person I'm talking to hears it and it is a distraction. I have noise cancelling earbuds and it is a must that I have it in that mode if I am wearing them while using the neck cooling fan. I do not find the fan noise to be an issue as long as I'm not having a conversation on my earbuds. This is a great product to use while working, exercising, attending a sporting event, etc. in the heat. As for the heating mode...I LOVE it! There is a band on on unit that lays against your neck that gets cold in the air conditioning mode and really warm in the heating mode. It is awesome and I love this product!

Nothing works well when it comes to neck air conditioners. The perfect neck air conditioner has not been invented yet.HOWEVER, MY RATING IS BASED ON WHAT IT CAN DO IN SPECIFIC SCENARIOS, NOT ON WHAT IT CANNOT DO.My 5-star rating is also about comparison. I've purchased every neck air conditioner model—no joke—I am serious about finding a way to get cooler. I have done my research, watched every YouTube video, and read hundreds of reviews. If I rate this based on the comparison of other products on the market, it is the best out there in the neck air conditioner category. But none of them will keep you cool on a hot summer day outside. Your expectations need to be realistic. Comparing the two high-end ones, the Torras beats out the ranvoo. Torras keeps you cooler than the ranvoo, but neither are a true air conditioner. My five stars is based on being the best in the neck air conditioner category, not being the perfect product.In my opinion, None of the products on the market keep you cool outdoors on a hot summer day. They all fail, and that is why I am writing my recco and giving my stars based on what it can do. If I rated it based on my total experience, it would be lower, but it does help in specific scenarios, and so I want my review to help people like me, who may need to find ways to be cooler all the time, not just outside.I find this product super helpful to be cooler when indoors. And it works great in scenarios where everyone else is always comfortable, but you are running hot. It will help you become cooler and more comfortable when no one is hot but you.If you are a person who is always hot, like a peri-menopausal woman, or just someone who always runs warn, this product is for you; it will help keep you cooler in normal conditions.For example, when shopping in an air-conditioned store, everyone else is comfortable, but you are not, and this gives just the added boost you need to feel normal.Or if you are in an air-conditioned home but it's not cool enough, this is great for those times when most people are fine or freezing but you still need it cooler.This is great for when you are having a hot flash and need a quick burst of cold plates on your neck.When I am working at my desk, and the sunshine is beating in, it helps keep me cool without having to shut the shades while I am working.I hope this will help people who need help deciding whether to purchase. This COOLIFY is an excellent product for these scenarios.A true neck air conditioner has not been invented yet; this is not there yet, and I can’t wait for this company or any company to invent one that works well outdoors!

Works very well,only issue I have is the power buttons are situated so that if you have to duck or crawl under a tree or bush ect my shoulder hits the power button and turns if off.

One of the hardest parts of bee keeping for me has been the southern heat and humidity. Once the full suit is on for a long and thorough hive inspection the sweat starts almost instantly. the cooled collar is a game changer for this old bee keeper. between us I use it all the time but I told my wife it was for the bees.

Trabajé en una fábrica por 4 años y este producto lo encontré en Amazon, desde que lo uso en el trabajo me sorprendió lo fresca que me mantiene incluso más compañeros lo están comprando. Tiene muy buena calidad de batería, aguanta por muchas horas. Estoy feliz de haberlo encontrado.

So for performance, it works well. The cooling cannot work in direct sun or temperatures above mid 80s. I found myself ducking into a/c with it on and it cooled off enough in a few minutes to continue to "work" outside for some additional time.Battery: My friend had the step down version of this "AIR?". I tried it and loved it. When I went shopping the battery on this one is larger and it works. I had the thing on FULL FAN and FULL COOLING running 2.5+ hours and around 50% of the battery is left. Charging is hinky. The cable that came with it was "not good". I used another USB-C/USB-C charger and it recharges like a champ.Fit: This is the reason it is NOT a 5 star. Because this version cools along both SIDES of the neck, it has to touch the neck. I have a 20" neck and this fits like a 19" shirt. Not uncomfortable but I knew it was there. I'm also stocky so the fans are blowing directly into the back of my ears and NOTHING is getting to my head.Endnotes: Does it work, absolutely. But it's not for stocky guys working outside without any access to shade or A/C. I also liked being able to control it with an app. No fumbling with touch controls you can't see. But, I've ordered an "AIR" ($50 buck cheaper, less battery life, hopefully better fit) and expect this one to be returned.

Less than a year later after moderate use the power button on the unit broke. Beyond that it's been a really good neck fan. I've contacted TORRAS support to see what can be done and will update later.EDIT: Bumping my review up to a 5 star. Not long after my review TORRAS responded back offering a full refund. Honestly I'm impressed, I had expected a "sorry you're out of warranty" and considered myself out the $200 I paid. This was a nice surprise.
