These capsules made me sweat like crazy. And I mean like all day long. I felt uncomfortable sweating so much while doing literally nothing at work. Easy to swallow, no taste, good value and my energy is up a little.

My review may change, but after a month taking these I haven't seen significant results. I know things take time and it even says better results with continued use so I did order another bottle so I can continue. At first seems to help with my goal for some weight loss, especially in my stomach area, my metabolism did seem to get better. I did go on vacation so my diet wasn't great, I'm going to keep giving it a try and my update my review later on to see if anything has changed.
