The media could not be loaded. Originally I gave this one star. The merchant contacted me and offered a new mat at no cost. It is large and brand new and just what I wanted! I would now recommend this product for grounding.

I have no idea if it’s giving me any benefits but it definitely works because I can feel it. I do it once or twice a week so maybe I should do it more to see any benefits.

I had such high hopes for this as I am a naturalist in many waysI was very disappointed to find that putting it under my sheet for several months that I saw no difference in my rest nor and how I felt the next day

Love this grounding mat, not too large so I can use it anywhere from a desk while I’m doing activities or even my bed while sleeping.

So it seems that the mat will always light up with a grounds tester even without being plugged in the socket or actual earth. But when different individuals use it, some light up as grounded and some don't.
