Good quality cleanser

I purchased this product on July, 24. After it's first use on my oily-acne prone skin not feel so dry, I like that it has no colour and fregrance.It control oil production also. But using for a week some small pimple is now big. But I think it is purging so I continue to use. But after 2 week some new acne was their which was not before on my face still I continue to use but new acne everyday occur . It was not a purging but it was new breakout in my skin. Now I have stopped it but I have many acne big in size cover my most of face. I visit a dermatologist and now I have on treatment but it take time to heel.So my kind request you all buyers if some acne occur after using this or any product immediately stop that. Maybe this is not purging it is new breakout.
