Does what I need it to do
I bought these to bake some bread in and to use for storage. They hold up well in the oven and the lid fits well to hold in the steam for the bread.

Restaurant standard 1/6 pans
These are identical to the one sixth pans I used, everyday, during my two decades working in restaurant kitchens. The metal gauge, on the pans themselves, is the same, while the lids are a touch lighter (but there were variations in the lids during my kitchen work, so that's not a knock).If you've used these in a kitchen, you know what they are, you won't be surprised, and certainly not let down, when you get them. If you've never used pans like these, you'll find them very versatile and useable.Standard pans. Very good build quality.

Nicely made industrial food storage, priced fair!
My wife is a chef and we often are purchasing items like this at restaurant supply sites or stores. We saw these are decided to give them a try. They came packaged nicely with and are already in use. We will use these for dressings, soups, etc. during catering events. Perfect for her portable salad bar.We compared these to the same size item with lids at a nationwide restaurant supply store that we use and these came in at around $30 less for a set of 8. Strongly recommend.

I would buy this product again but only if used behind the line. They pans begin to discolor after a few washes. Decent value
