A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting, Fifth Edition Hardcover – January 1, 2023

As a lawyer/professional contract drafter with 20+ years of experience, I recently discovered this book and wish I had found it earlier in my career. In the two weeks since I’ve had it, I’ve used it every day to answer questions that arise during my drafting process, such as whether it is really ok to use phrases like “for purposes of clarity,” “and/or,” or “etc.” This book has become an invaluable resource on my desk, and I highly recommend it to others.
