Love it. It was very easy to install. The automatic rewind is fantastic for my mum (85). She used to just leave it laying on the ground, so now it’s easy for her to put back without any kinks or effort. It was a bit pricey but I believe that it’s well worth the money. It’s very sturdy. Perfect

Great device. Easy to install, seems robust and works extremely well. Makes such a difference not to have hosepipe draping araound.

I brought one 13 years ago. Never been covered up or had it brought in for winter. Sadly it has broken ,so as the first one lasted so long . I have stuck with the same brand . There is only one problem that the hose pipe is not as robust as it used to be .

Too many pieces to unpack and fit. It would be better if the hose could arrive at least partially assembled. however instructions were reasonably clear. much heavier than expected but works well when there is no hosepipe ban!

This is brilliantly made, and is really long at 40 meters so it reaches right down to the bottom of our garden. Overall just well made and effective. You do need a bit strength to pull the pipe the longest distance but other than that feel it is great buy and avoids messy pipe over the garden

Bought to replace very old hose. Good solid item. Easy to attach on wall. Easy to use and hose recoils well after use.

The media could not be loaded. If I could give this thing zero stars I would. After first negotiating the terrible wall mount screws, I turned it on and water pours from it internally. The spindle o-ring seals haven’t been sized suitably to take the weight of the 40m hose. If only I’d read all the reviews of this instead of relying on the brand name. Now stuck with this as I destroyed the already falling apart packaging and there’s no way I’m removing the fixings from the wall. Hozelok should have recalled this given the volume of complaints on that issue. If you’re going to design something that is stated as being ‘non serviceable’ then at least design the thing properly and have some basic QC. Do yourselves a favour and avoid.
