Like the way it wrapped around the ankle and knee, stayed cold longer than expected very useful, recommend for sprains!

These work great I have a lot of foot and ankle pain and I couldn't seem to find any easy way to ice them to take down swelling. The velcro works great I can strap them on and still move around if needed or just prop up my feet. They are very comfortable to use and easy to use. I have had no leakage issues and hope not too in the future. I have used them quite a bit so I don't believe I will have any issues with that. The design is great and I wish they had come up with this sooner and the size fits perfectly for many because my son has used them as well and our the sizes between us are significantly different. With the adjustable velcro straps though they work for both of us. I have also used them on my elbows while my elbow was bent due to cubital tunnel pain and it worked for that as well. One of my best buys ever and I have bought many different kinds of ice packs.

I got this ice pack for my ankle, as I had surgery on it on Friday, 1/3/2025. I purchased it to help ease the swelling I experience at the end of the day from walking.It is a good size and stays cold for a significant amount of time. However, I only gave it 4 stars because it does not fully cover my ankle all the way around. I have to stretch and wrap the black strap around a couple of times to make the whole thing stay in place.Additionally, the square piece of Velcro that attaches to the strap has already started to become detached via the unraveling of the thread that holds it onto the strap (hope that makes sense).

Finally, something that is convenient to use and works great. I have a lot of problems with my achilles and this has made it so convenient to ice. I don't have to sit with my leg raised to ice it. I can wrap this around my ankle while I work and even move around if I need to.

Product purchased immediately after my ankle sprain (fell off myPorch). Desiring a hot and cold therapy option I purchased this product and pricing was good for me.Used cold after freezing product swells and doesn’t lay flat like image onto your ankle. Product is cold and will provide about 15 minutes of cold relief.I used product once in microwave for heat and product was too hot to wrap on ankle even with sock on- not bad just a rookie move. After cooling, product was useable but didn’t provide the length of time for good heat therapy. 15 minutes or longer is good for me but I just felt that this didn’t deliver as much as I would have liked on the heating (5-8 mins only of heat).I would recommend overall, because product can be taken to work and used on lunch break if needed to apply heat or freeze and use for cold therapy. After all we’re agile beings and can adjust as needed. We are a privileged people! There are real problems in the world and people who are in dire need of real medical treatments. This is luxury to provide my review on an ankle support therapy wrap :)

I love it. It stay cold for the perfect amount of time and it fits comfortably around my ankle.

I bought these to help control my ankle swelling post-surgery and during “recovery.” I typically place one across the top of my ankle but it could be placed on the back (wrapping around the Achille’s tendon), so the coverage is good. The velcro strap is long and flexible enough to easily go around my ankle and the velcro is trong. The strap’s fabric is soft, not itchy or scratchy. They have held up so far with frequent use.Their weight isn't noticeable when I’m using one. I wish they retained their cold longer than they do. However with two of them I can swap them out. I have never tried to heat the wraps for a hot pack.Although designed for the ankle, they might be able to be used on the elbow or on the foot, giving them some versatility.
