Me Too! (A Golden Look-Look Book)

The Little Critter series is a go-to in our house for "topical" reading that appeals to my 3 year old. We already have a selection of books from the series, covering a variety of issues. I've been trying to teach my older one about how to be kind to his younger brother (even though we all know younger brothers can be really annoying at times!) and was thrilled to find this book. The gist of it is that Little Critter's younger sister wants to do everything that he does and he, quite begrudgingly, allows her to tag along with his activities. In turn, when she has something he wants, she gives back to the kindness he's shown her. It's a cute lesson and presents various scenarios that the little ones can relate to. I'm glad we've added it to our collection.

Bought as a gift for a baby shower - arrived quickly.

I had a bunch of Mercer Mayer books growing up, and even now they still convey helpful life lessons and learning messages to toddlers and young readers in fun and relatable ways. I ordered this book for my fiancee's nephew who recently became a big brother to his baby sister, so I thought it would be a fun and interactive gift for him to receive to remind him that being a big brother is an important job, and his little sister will look up to him!

My daughter (2.5 years old) LOVES all the books from this series! Very cute drawings and has good content for toddlers of age 2+.

I love this book. I first read this book in the 70’s in daycare. The children loved it too. I still have it now in 2018.I brought this book and some of Mercer Mayer’s other books has childrens gifts. Each one of his books teachsa lesson in the simplest way that is so enjoyable to me. I think I get more out of reading his books then thechildren.

My kids loved it when they were little, now my granddaufhters love it too . Timeless story cute characters, just a good wholesome story for young children.

I read little Critter books to my kids. We now read them to our grandchildren. The lesson with each book is priceles. Love them all!
